When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

hopper/chest minecart instant item ejection fix

The lates snapshot broke the mechanic where half the storage minecart clips into a lava cauldron to seperate the items from the cart and ejecting all of them onto the ground. This mechanic is used in almost all recent contrabtions that collect large amount of items and is super useful. 

As a fix I would propose to introduce an intended mechanic where storage minecarts (hopper and chest minecarts) eject all their items immediately when passing over a powered Activator Rail.
