Revoke the change where minecarts cannot be placed in the same block

In the recent snapshot 24w33a, there was a change that read "Minecarts can no longer be placed within another Minecart by the player or a dispenser". This breaks a lot of farms that requires entity cramming to function, and stops the really funny thing when minecarts just go zoom when you put them on one rail then push it, along with many TNT minecart shenanigans. Please revoke this change Mojang, as this has been a part of Minecraft for a long time and the community would hate to see it removed. Thanks!
