Since snapshot `24w33a` the state of `Particles` limiter is now shared with the server, so I thought: why not also sharing player's FOV? Different FOVs change what is visible on screen and would be useful to determine what should and shouldn't be shown to the player, e.g. when FOV is small, entities standing very close in front of the player aren't visible and with the actual value of the player's FOV it would be possible to calculate the distance to make this entity visible.
