More Brush Functionality

Minecraft items should always have more than 1 use, it is a sandbox game after all! One idea I had for the brush was that by dipping it in a cauldron with dye, you could apply it to a block (possibly even one specific side of a block) and tint it that color. The effect would be removeable, the block having to be repainted if destroyed and replaced, this would prevent stacking issues, escessive variants, etc. This would also add more value to the brush as a tool and inspire many builders.

  Idea for how to remove the dye: if the painted side of a block is touched by water, it removes the dye. You can also remove it from a specific side (without potentially messing up other sides) with a water bottle.
