Ideas for the GUI and accessibility features for special needs people

Customizable GUI settings four special needs players so they can drag their hot bar to the size they wanted and, if you could choose how fast the double tap if you could choose how fast it was or how slow it was it would help special needs players like myself and more enjoyable for special needs players in general and you need to add a feature where the tracking read dialog from other mods like Minecraft comes alive end all these features are for Java edition cause I know you can't add mods two bedrock edition yet
