Have you ever had a cape in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and it never arrived in Minecraft: Java Edition and you complained to technical support and they told you no because: “The maximum period to claim an undelivered cape is 2 weeks”?
Well, it happened to me, with the “Cherry Blossom” cape.
Context:
- It all started when they delivered the “Cherry Blossom” cape, I got it on the MC Bedrock server, but surprise, to have it in MC Java you had to vote in the launcher or on the web, I didn't know that at the time and I was left with the cape only in Bedrock and now I can't use it in Java because of that Mojang error that they never fixed or talked about.
Solutions:
- Add a system or bot that keeps track of how many capes you have registered in MC Java and Bedrock on your Microsoft and/or Xbox account, so that you don't miss any capes in either version of Minecraft, and any new capes you get are added to the registry and then delivered to both versions of MC.
Example:
- In MC Bedrock you have 5 capes, but in MC Java you have 2 capes, in this case what the system/bot will do is detect which of those 5 capes you have in Bedrock are available in Java, after checking which capes you have and which are available in Java, it will deliver the capes you are missing, which in this case would be 3 capes.
Ideas:
- Convert all MC Bedrock exclusive capes into usable MC Java capes through this system/bot, so that MC Bedrock players can use their favorite capes in MC Java and vice versa.
