Make ops can modify perms to commnds

Many Datapacks use functions to make more gameplay ways, but normal player(not OP) can't use function command, it makes many datapack authours get many difficults. I hope Mojang can add /setperm command to game. it can set perm to execute one of commands. Its usage may like this:

/setperm WhichCommand Perm 

such /setperm function 0 can let function command everyone can use , it's so good.
