Villager pathfinding and soul soil

Villagers pathfind considering the blocks they will step on. They prefer dirt paths above all other blocks, and have a selection of blocks that they'd rather step on other than dirt paths, such as cobblestone and bricks. Since soul soil is such an excellent choice for making streets (due to it activating the soul speed enchantment), I propose it be elevated to the same prefference as cobblestone.
