Why not add structure in the sky?

Structure that spawn in the overworld sky, because why not. (Now it just feels like mojang is shoving all the structure underground)

    YEAH!!! I don’t know why the sky is so emptey. IT’S LIKE… WORSE THEN THE END!!!!!

    Some sorta floatin' island would be refreshing (And a floating vilage won't hurt)
