Connecting to non-featured servers using the console

I want to join a server other than the featured server, even if I'm not using a PC or smartphone. Why can't I join other public servers on console?

    You can. use your phone to run a proxy server. (downloading bedrock together is the simplest way to do that)
    you can also just manually do it through console settings but you must have some tweaking knowledge and ip entering knowledge to do that.

    get bedrock together, it allows you to connect on consoles to anything pretty much.
