Bedrock Skins

In my opinion,there should be a skin catalog (like the one in java) instead of the marketplace in bedrock.Minecraft is a game that you have to pay for,so the skins should be free.Also a single hat costs like 5 bucks so make everything free or just add a skin catalog.
