The elytra depot-End structure

Surely who built the end cities would've used elytras for personal travel, since it is too far to teletport with pearls or by foot. 

The elytra depot will appear at high altitudes, about y=200. It is a small floating building made of purpur, end rods and endstone bricks. It will usually contain a damaged anvil and a chest mostly filled with paper, gunpowder, firework rockets and phantom membranes. Items such as slow falling potions or food could also be found, and if you're lucky you might found an elytra...although it usually has almost no durability left.

Very vanila, very simple, would be a bit of a help exploring the end as new players.
