On Bedrock edition, it makes no sense to me why the option to enable or disable coordinates is a world setting and not a player setting. If a world owner is hellbent against enabling coordinates, there’s nothing other players can do for what is the equivalent of a personal graphic setting. At this point, may as well allow world owners to dictate our FOV settings, sound settings or camera sensitivity settings.
What I want done is the show coordinate setting to no longer be a world setting, but be made a player setting instead. How it can be done is pretty straight forward. Why it needs to be done is it’s a preference setting that world owners really shouldn’t have full say over. Coordinates significantly makes the world more easily navigable and allows us to document points of interest, where our builds are, find the correct Y coordinate for mining the most of specific ores, nether portal linking, allows other players to find each other with ease, and much more.
