Bedrock Parities

Minecraft Bedrock Edition is a much more accessible version of Minecraft, but it lacks some important features that Java Edition has. Most importantly in my opinion, is attack cooldowns. I'm a younger audience member of the Minecraft Community, so I haven't played Minecraft for long enough to have experienced pre-1.9 combat, but I have seen multiple videos of how people miss old minecraft combat, and how servers still play in 1.8 because of this, but I personally like the new combat style introduced in 1.9 and believe it should be implemented into Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Some side elements of implementing this would be sweeping attacks, strong and weak attacks, knockback attacks, and the Sweeping Edge enchantment. I don't play Minecraft Bedrock Edition that much, but if I'm watching someone else play Minecraft on YouTube, I don't want to have to worry about whether they're playing Bedrock or Java, and think that large parities like this should be the main focus rather than smaller parities. I also feel that there should be a vote for one of three things: 

Option A: Java Wither replaced by Bedrock Wither

Option B: Bedrock Wither replaced by Java Wither

Option C: Both Withers in both versions, with different summoning methods
