Add ability to ride Dolphins in a future Minecraft update

Dear Minecraft Devs!

My grandson (8) and I (57 .. don't judge me ..) are avid Minecraft players and have been for many, many years.

He has asked me to request the ability to tame and ride Dolphins in a future release of Minecraft.

As a development engineer myself, I understand that you likely have tight development and release cycles, but, if this is possible we would love to see it in a future release.
