When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Suggestion as to what an observer should be able to detect - Bedrock

I have some suggestions for making observers more consistent and intuitive.

Observers should be able to detect the following:

1: Note blocks activation (java parity)

2: Beacon powering on/off (ideally same detection time as note blocks)

3: Water/lava block changing from stagnant to flowing (within the same block)

4: Additionally, since note blocks do not emit sound with a block above them, when a block is placed on top of a note block, an observer looking at the note block should be able to detect this blocks placement.
