Penguins

Dear Mojang,

Hello, the last mob vote made many people upset, including my little brother who would've like to see the penguin added to the game. 

If it no trouble, may I request a penguin mob added to all versions of Minecraft or maybe Bedrock? The penguin can be located in the snow biomes or any arctic biomes and be a passive mob. I would also like to request that the penguin could be a potential pet? Perhaps they can feed of fish! Maybe the penguin won't have a strategic purpose, but they would make for nice house pets!
