Toggle Sprint/Sneak for Bedrock Edition

This would be so helpful, especially for when you use toggle sprint in Java, then switch to Bedrock, you have to get used to it again. And then when you switch BACK, you have to get used to it again! Would also be great for MCPE users. Would also add more similarities between the versions, as Mojang has recently been trying to make the two versions similar.
