Please implement a cool time for tools in the integrated minecraft version!

I’d like to use tools with cooldown time and sweep attack on sword. If it’s possible, I’d also like the Sweeping Edge enchantment. ＊With regard to the concern about losing the advantage of hitting repeatedly, it would be good to be able to toggle the cooldown’s on&off in the settings.
