With new 1.21 component system items can be changed a lot, like for example you can turn record into custom item by removing jukebox_playable component and changing anything you want about it like name, rarity, etc. However when "buy" slot has custom item in it, that item's tooltip does not reflect item it actually requests from you, for example it shows song name even if it requests disk with jukebox_playable removed and would not show song name in tooltip when hovered with mouse in inventory.
Suprisingly "sell" slot as expected hides song name and similiar lore info when item has certain components like that removed.
I suggest that this UI should be fixed to show correct custom item tooltips, because this breaks disguising customized items as new items for servers because it shows original item's tooltip.
For example if you make disk not playable, give it name "Coin" and give it coin texture it can be used as custom currency coin item, but villager trade UI would show Coin as a name and song name of the disc below it even when it is not relevant.
