Idea on improvement Copper Bulbs

Hello.
I was building some redstone machines and test some new stuff in game like an Copper Bulbs.

The Copper Bulbs had one tickrate delay before an update 23w46a.
I think this could be very useful for future redstone builds and I have got and idea to make Copper Bulb very useful for redstoners.

This idea could be improved by adding delays to some variants of copper bulbs.

• Copper Bulb/Waxed Copper Bulb - No delay
• Exposed Copper Bulb/Waxed Exposed Copper Bulb - 1 tick delay
• Weathered Copper Bulb/Waxed Weathered Copper Bulb - 2 ticks delay
• Oxidized Copper Bulb/Waxed Oxidized Copper Bulb - 3 ticks delay

Also, Every variant could have different max redstone power strength on output when comparator is connected.

• Copper Bulb/Waxed Copper Bulb - max 15 redstone power strength
• Exposed Copper Bulb/Waxed Exposed Copper Bulb - 12 redstone power strength
• Weathered Copper Bulb/Waxed Weathered Copper Bulb - 8 redstone power strength
• Oxidized Copper Bulb/Waxed Oxidized Copper Bulb - 4 redstone power strength
