flying event

a new hostile mob that only appears on platforms at y level 150 every thirty days. attack may be similar to the phantom but also able to walk. event would be something like a raid. maybe other variations could be added to the event. something like a slow moving blast causing slipperiness would be fun (remember, your 150 blocks in the air) also a tornado attack could be super cool. I think this mob is late game, so loot should follow accordingly. would be cool if the items were the creatures talons and they could allow a player to grapple onto cliff faces.
