Added a mob, an ore, a structure and an item for the mesa biome for 1.22

I am proposing an update for version 1.22 that would add a mob, a new ore, an item that allows you to break the sandstone in a second and a structure so I will explain the four ideas to you.

Regarding the structure: 
The structure would be called "the castle of the mesa" where we would find in a hidden room a block of mesate the new ores and the goal of this structure would be to kill the boss of the structure which would be the sandstrom which would give 10 mesate ores.

The mob: The sandstorm which to attack would make sandstone cages which would break in 30 seconds and when you are locked in would take 1 half heart for 10 seconds except with netherithe armor and which would give 10 mesate ores and by having 3 ores at the bottom and 1 ore in the middle of the crafting table.

The item: it would be called the sandstone pickaxe which could break sandstone very quickly and would be useful for builders who want to build things.

The ore: it would be called the mesate which would be used to create the sandstone pickaxe and in the form of a block in the castles of the mesa could make the sandstrom reappear and killing it 5 times will allow you to gain a purple achievement.
