New Jungle mob ARAPAIMA

Add Arapaima to the game! They are a large amazonian fish that needs more representation in media. They are a rare large fish that is grey and red in color! They are my favorite animal and could make the rivers in the jungle more interesting as jungle has not been changed since it was first added
