strength request

hey mojang, could you please make it so depending on how rare youre avatar is and please make a setting to where you can swap how rare youre avatar is, and to swap it to depends on how rare youre glove is, could you add that? (what i meant with strength is:how fast you mine like: common=regular, epic=quadrupled mine speed)  [could you also do this?: common=regular health epic=quadrupled health. pls add this, it would make mine, and i think everyones experience much better!
