Most players are happy to find free strap when they see a wandering trader rather than wondering what he sells. The wandering trader's stock is now very outdated. Alternatively, the player could keep the scroll and search for other scrolls that complete the Efficiency book. When the player finds and combines all five parts, they would obtain the enchanted book.
