The Wandering Thief - A New Mob

Details: The Wandering Thief will act like a regular Wandering Trader with the same assets for the sounds. Unfortunately, I thought that there is no particular way of identifying whether the mob is a Wandering Thief or a regular Trader.

How the Thief works:

 - If the player trades with the Wandering Thief which acts like a normal Wandering Trader and has enough for the given price, it will not turn into a Wandering Thief.

- If the player trades with the Wandering Thief which acts like a normal Wandering Trader but doesn't have enough for the given price, the Wandering Trader which is actually a Wandering Thief will be a Wandering Trader with usual thief clothes.

Additional functions: - The Wandering Thief will have a boss health bear on the top of the players screen. 

- The Wandering Thief can also attack you. If hit, you lose one of your items in decreasing order of 1 type. If one of the items are unstackable, the stealing goes first with them based on their rarity. If unstackable items are craftable, stealing also goes first with them before the rare items that are uncraftable. 

- If Wandering Thief has Llamas, they will also turn into a thief similar to how the Wandering Trader Thief turns into a Thief. Every spit of the Llamas subtracts items similar to how the Thief steals items.

- If Wandering Thief Trader was successfully defeated, the items stolen will drop as they have been eliminated.
