This has 1/2 a chance of spawning when it hatches from an infested mossy stone brick. When it attacks the player, it gives the player poison for 10 seconds. It can infest everything a silverfish can. If it infests normal stone bricks, the block turns to infested mossy stone bricks. It deals 1 more heart of damage than normal silverfish.
