Update Aquatic for Xbox One Edition (Legacy)

Update Xbox one edition to aquatic update because the player base is still active and 1.13 adds a lot of essential features. There is a big problem with the fact this version did not recieve the update when the other versions did. Currently it is impossible to convert any 360 worlds to the Xbox one edition because it is in a newer version. and it does not make sense that the older (Xbox 360) is on update aquatic while the (Xbox one) is supposed to be a newer generation console and it is stuck on world of color update. Updating it would not be hard because it is already on 360 and we need the consoles to match updates
