Mobile: Allow Interface Buttons to be Moved Anywhere on Screen

To clarify, I mainly mean to remove the padding that currently exists around the edge of the screen where buttons can’t be placed. I recently got the RhinoShield FPS case, and was excited to use it in a few games such as Delta, Stardew Valley, and of course Minecraft. It did work for the first two, but unfortunately not Minecraft. The buttons can be moved but they can’t be moved too close to the edge of the screen, which is where they would need to be for the RhinoShield case to work properly. I know it’s a niche use case, but I would love to be able to use it to play Minecraft, as the block breaking/placement controls were the thing that kept me from really playing Pocket Edition, and this would be a perfect solution, even better than using touch buttons.
