Sound affected by tick rate

The slowing of the tick rate affecting animations is quite awesome. It would be cool to have slow motion/fast motion sounds to add on on top of that.

    Not only cool, but it'd be helpful for TAS videos as well since then you don't have to track down a mod that does it for you or edit it in yourself
