Please change the item format (Java Edition)

Dear Mojang developers! I know that you put a lot of effort into the 1.21 update, but the new item format for commands is just not a positive, but negative one. Why? 1. I can't figure out how to create items with attribute modifiers. All tutorials out there dont work. 2. Online command generators do no longer work Please change the item format to the 1.20.4 format! The version 1.21 is for me, a command experienced, just not playable.
