FPS Slider for New Gen Consoles and/or Ray Tracing and Upscaling support

I believe that the new ports for the new generation consoles should have the option to choose a higher FPS option (up to 120) or there should be an option to enable some sort of Ray Tracing, Upscaling or just Render Dragon Shaders to any world. I can say with 100% certainty that I can speak for every player in the Bedrock New Gen players that we would appreciate this heavily
