keep containers opened with /clone

Minecraft bedrock used to have a feature that made it so you could /clone a container to a different location, and it stayed open in that location. I personaly was making some pretty cool things with this feature like full auto auction houses with only commands, but they decided to remove it in 1.21.0. I hope we can bring it back, and that is why I am making this.
