Infinite Y Generation/Deep Oceans

The Infinite Y Generation setting would be available in the world creation menu. The X and Z axis already generate infinitely, but turning on this setting would make the Y axis generate infinitely up and down as well. This would mean that if it was set to true, you could dig down infinitely and never reach bedrock or the void. You would also be able to build as high as you wanted to. The Deep Oceans setting would set to false if Infinite Y Generation was false. It would let oceans generate hundreds of blocks deep sometimes. Both of these settings would default to false.
