Report for both Versions: Java & Bedrock

Java:

Everything Looks fine, wish it was easier to customize your character without having to use third-party support.

 

Bedrock:

Hand-held Version. You need internet to load your character model that you created. Why? plz fix.

Hand-held Version. Custom controls revert back to default.

Hand-held Version. Make crosshair available for all three touch-screen options.

Also I bought the Minecraft: Deluxe Collection.

Granting me access to:

 - Minecraft: Java Edition

 - Minecraft: Bedrock Edition

 - Minecraft Launcher

 - 1600 Minecoins <Dont_Have>

 - 5 Maps

 - 5 Persona Items

 - 3 Emotes

 - 3 Skin Packs

 - 1 Texture Pack

Im still waiting for the M Coins, I see some Add-ons Id like to test out!

Can someone help me with this issue? Please.

not sure where the issue occurred but non of my launchers got the extra stuff.
