Add an option to remove the hit/destroy block delay on Pocket Edition

On the Pocket Edition of Minecraft, there is a mechanic behind using the usual right click or "destroy block" button that instills a delay, or a confirmation of sorts that prevents unwanted damage (which is great!) but personally, this mechanic has gotten in my way very much, and I would be willing to sacrifice some accidental destruction for a little peace of mind, which this mechanic has unfortunately disturbed during my time creating, mining and everything else. I really hope other Pocket Edition users can sympathize with my minor complaint, and continue to Improve Minecraft together
