Dear Mojang, and Jeb.
I am very aware of the fact that Mojang is very cautious with endangered species, and real creatures, but I and many have a love for Grizzlies, and want them in the game! Grizzlies (in The United States of America) are considered a threatened species, and are aggressive, this should not be a problem considering Polar Bears and Pandas are in the game (I know this point has been made many times, but it’s a good one). Polar bears and Pandas are even more endangered than Grizzlies. Polar bears also drop items occasionally. I don’t think it’s fair that Polar Bears can be added because of Jeb’s wife liking them (though I can respect the sentiment and gesture), and Panda’s being added (I believe it was to bring awareness to the population).
I propose that you add Grizzlies, it shouldn’t be as hard as some others, because they can act and drop the same things as Polar Bears, however they can be found in appropriate biomes and occasionally (not too deep) in caves. Maybe you could even add a Black Bear variant which would be slightly smaller and less agressive.
I also believe Polar Bears and Grizzlies should be hostile mobs, ESPECIALLY if they are with a child. Grizzlies should also attack Salmon!
I understand that work is work, no matter how hard. You all have done so much and worked so hard. I appreciate it, thank you! Please consider this proposal, I think I’ve made good and reasonable points.
Thanks, Filled Jarz.
