Ominous Bottle exclusive effect and Allays spell

Revert the change that make captain pillagers do not give bad omen when killed and give a different effect to the ominous potion so the player still can be the hero of the village instead of the monster that induced itself a curse to cheat the villagers for discounts.

Also give the Allays the ability to remove the bad omen effect (and the new ominous potion effect if added) from the player when they are gifted a flower.
