When 1.21 was announced at Minecraft live last year, I expected the copper golem and tuff golem to be in the update. They would fit perfectly with the overall theme of the update and it could have shown that Mojang will deliver on his promise and add all the losers from the crowd vote. Now that it's out tonight, it's a bit late to add two entirely new mobs, but I'm still hoping they'll be added in an update minor as the brute Piglin was.
