When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

The lifter!

Basically, I had this idea where its a hopper but upside down. A lot of players will know the loop powered dropper elevator concept, or a dropper on loop to push items into a water elevator. And y'know, thats so much effort and for some people, a trip to the internet for tutorials. But with the lifter, you connect hoppers or chests to it and it will take them to the top just like that! No sound, no extra space taken up, nothing, just straight to the point. Ive got a picture that shows it and its crafting recipe (three stone at the bottom, a chest in the middle, a dropper above the chest, and iron in the last 4 slots)

The java vs bedrock shouldnt be a problem since its a simple and straightforward idea

    Not a bad idea, but a really basic alternative would be to use a soul sand elevator. Just put a block of soul sand under a water source, and the items will shoot up.
