Enchant Command Rework

I think the enchant command really needs and upgrade. I find it annoying that I have to be holding the item for it to get enchanted. I also think it would be good if when the player tries to enchant it to high a level, instead of an error it would enchant the closest tier.

    My alternative suggestion:

    remove command "/enchant"

    add "enchant" subcommand to the "/item" command:

    /item enchant (block <x> <y> <z>|entity <selector>) <item slot> <enchantment> <level> [check/force]

    It can also enchant items inside blocks.

    The last argument is "check" by default, there are meanings for these keywords:

    • "check" - command checks if the enchantment level is not too high
    • "force" - it lets the enchantment level be higher (with the limit of 255 maybe)

    Actually a good idea, but if you want to enchant something with levels that are not above normal why not just use books?
