Why doesn't the norse mythology skin pack have a ullr skin

I love the norse mythology skin pack but it feels like it's missing the norse god of snow sports and hunting I feel like it'd be an awesome add to the skin pack for those who have it and it'd be a simple add and maybe they can also add other norse mythos characters to the mix aswell maybe even making a second skin pack for them though I'd like the ullr skin to just be added to the original so I don't have to pay extra
