Lets Talk Capes, Account Reselling, And Cape Parity

I am here to suggest regarding account reselling and capes. Capes are a cosmetic item in Minecraft to be shown for your character, however, there has been a problem where accounts with the Minecon series of capes have been resold for an absurd amount of pricing up until the 5000$ range of price for even a 2016 cape which is one of the most common capes in the series. The solution? There has already been a selection of these capes in the Bedrock Edition of the game in a "Skin Pack" named the "2015/6 Minecon Skin Pack." What I suggest is for users to have one of the following equitable choices:

1. Have redemption codes for the skin pack porting all the capes of the respective cape pack to Java.

2. Have an option to select only one of the capes for redemption.

3. Have the ability to only redeem for the cape of the respective skin pack i.e., the 2016 cape for the 2016 skin pack.

On a secondary note, the 2019 "Founder's Cape" should also be ported due to the cape parity that now occur with the latest; Cherry Blossom, TikTok(Follower), Twitch, 15th Anniversary, and One Vanilla Cape. The Founder's Cape should also be ported due to the increasing parity in the newest capes and is a cape that has not been ported as of 6/15/24.

in conclusion, these are my suggestions to mitigate the issue regarding the staggering prices on accounts that own the Minecon capes and the issue with the Founder's Cape not present in the Java counterpart.
