better ui for resource and behavior packs

once you collect a pretty hefty amount of resource and behavior packs, it becomes annoying scrolling through all of your resource packs and behavior packs, so here are some ideas on how to fix this, add a search bar in the resource packs and behavior packs, add a filter, that has, filter by name or filter by the creator who made it, and last but not least add folders so you can sort your resource and behavior packs with folders and an option to add all resource and behavior packs from the folder so players can now make modpacks (kinda).
