Ominous Vaults

Ominous Vaults should be infinitely repeatable.

Finding a trial chamber only to use up all of the vaults, not get a core, and then needing to move on to a different chamber is infuriating.

    There may be a caveat. When the same player uses an ominous vault more than once, there is a 1/500 chance the ominous vault will break.
