Wandering Trader needs higher buy offer cap

Playing with the Villager Trade Rebalance in 1.21 pre4, I finally got a Wandering Trader to spawn with a great buy offer.  1 Hay Bale for 1 emerald.  So I quickly harvested my crops and made some hay bales to sell only to find the wandering trader would accept this buy offer once before locking it.

It's great they buy items now but with such a low trade cap it's not much different than when they only sold items and didn't buy anything. They really need a much higher trade cap for this change to be of any meaningful significance.

I would suggest a randomized buy offer cap between 5 and 15 trades per buy offer for the buy offers to have any relevance.
