The giant rhino beetle would be a neutral inhabitant of the jungles, eating jungle leaves and coco beans. They would be a farm animal, able to be turn passive through feeding two coco beans to tame them, breeding them with leaves, and repeating for the children one more time to get slightly smaller and passive farm beetles. They would have two different drops, beetle meat and raw carapace, with the wild version dropping 0-3 raw carapace and 1-6 beetle meat, and farm dropping 0-2 carapace and 2-7 beetle meat. The cooked beetle meat would be comparable to a honey bottle in hunger, but with steak level saturation, while the raw being inedible. The carapace, however, is where it gets exciting! Six of them in a door crafting shape would craft an hindwing, and two hindwings with a carapace above each would craft the Beetle wings! They’d be like an early game elytra, allowing you to glide, but not allowing rockets, and only having 64 durability. But, they’d have three enchantments, fluttering, compressed, and stridulation. Fluttering and compressed are mutually exclusive, with fluttering allowing you to flutter directly up to get some air at the expense of hunger, being faster at each level, and compressed giving you armour points with it! At level one, only 1 armour point, and at level three, comparable to an iron chestplate! And stridulation is good for multiplayer, alerting your friends to how much health you have with sound. The way you get the enchants is by fishing in jungles.
