Add the "IncludePlayers" option to the tick rate command. If true is placed at the end of the tick rate command, the time will affect everything, including the players. If set to false, the time will affect everything except the player.
For example:
/tick rate 1 true
(everything is affected, including players)
/tick rate 1 false
(Everything except players is affected)
The default option is true.
This option adds variety to the use of the tick rate command in the game. For example, we can closely examine the animations of living things and approach them without slowing down.
When this option is not available
/tick rate 1
While even going one block takes too long with the command, we won't slow down at all with the new option.
