Make it possible again to buy Minecraft: Java Edition separately

There are many Microsoft accounts that just have Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and not Minecraft: Java Edition, even after June 7, 2022. All players should be given the option to still buy Minecraft: Java Edition separately.

Alternatively, it should be possible to have all players that have just Minecraft: Bedrock Edition be always available to get Minecraft: Java Edition for free permanently, even after June 7, 2022.
